Colofac IBS is another of the well known antispasmodic over-the-counter Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) relief products. Mebeverine Hydrochloride is used for the effective relief of abdominal pain, cramps, bloating and wind, diarrhoea or constipation associated with irritable bowel syndrome.

Do not purchase this product unless you have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome by your GP or other health professional.

Dosage
The dose for adults (including the elderly), and children over 10 years of age, is one tablet three times a day.

Colofac IBS is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

Colofac IBS is best taken 20 minutes before meals as some people find their symptoms are strongest after they have eaten. Swallow the tablets with water: do not chew them.
