Launch of our new website

We have decided to launch a new website so that we could improve the customer check out process, provide a blog and include regular surveys. We felt the latter would be useful in our campiagn to raise awareness of IBS and the things that are important in IBS sufferers lives. We hope you like the new site and you find it helpful

Cant see why order is not being processed

Hi,

I am very vocal this morning....placed an order, processed through checkout. Payment failed it said, but what to do next? Doesnt say anywhere?

Problems with the new site

There were some teething problems......and some of them were not related to our site but the company's that provide the secure payment. Have you tried again....as they should all have been fixed by now.
